What changes or additions would you suggest for your curriculum to better address cultural landscapes, heritage management, and conservation?
To enhance the curriculum, I propose integrating Cultural Landscape concepts into existing subjects, incorporating Heritage Management frameworks, Conservation Techniques, Community Engagement, and Sustainable Tourism.
Interdisciplinary Courses, Field Schools, Community-Based Projects, and Internships will help students develop practical skills.
Specialized programs in Cultural Landscape Management, Heritage Conservation, and Digital Cultural Heritage will offer in-depth knowledge. Community Outreach Initiatives, Public Lectures, and Heritage Festivals will foster broader engagement. Faculty Development through Workshops, Guest Lectures, and access to Digital Resources will ensure instructors are well-equipped to teach these topics.
Competency-Based Assessments, Reflective Journals, and Community Feedback will be used to evaluate student learning. These enhancements will provide students with a holistic understanding and practical skills to manage and conserve Cultural Landscapes and Heritage Sites effectively.
